We stayed in a Triple Room and it was perfect for our family. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning made it very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the attention to detail they showed, from the cleanliness to the lovely private garden. The location was fantastic, just steps from the subway and within walking distance of many attractions.
The breakfast options could be expanded.

The room was clean and pretty spacious. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! We had everything we needed for comfort. The only downside was the size of the room felt a bit tight at times, but we managed. It was nice to have two convenience stores right by the hotel for snacks.

Staying at Apa Hotel was a treat! The breakfast? Absolutely top-notch with a smorgasbord of flavors that'll make you sing. Plus, the friendly and helpful staff made our trip feel all the more special. Last but not least, the location can't be beat—right in the heart of all the action!
Now, the room was cozy, but I mean 'cozy' as in tight quarters! We felt like we were doing a tango every time we needed to navigate to the bathroom. Also, it's a bit far from Sapporo Station, and some nationalistic touches around felt a smidge off in such an international space.

A magnificent private garden surprise
From the moment we stepped in, the hotel’s elegance captivated us. The private waterfall garden was a serene retreat right at our doorstep, making nights unforgettable.
However, I was disappointed that there was no viewing area to truly enjoy the garden’s beauty from inside. Also, the heat was hard to balance at night.
